“We tried Secret Garden as a new place this year to purchase our Christmas Tree after hearing about their support of the Springfield Spartans. Cool place that most may not know Exists because it’s tucked back off of Ridge. Friendly staff and prices are in line with other Christmas tree outlets.”
“There's an amazing selection of geraniums, verbena, coleus, and other things. My sister and I were stalking coral and purple and we were spoiled for choice. Dress appropriately. It's a warren of greenhouses with narrow aisles. Flats are readily available so load up and bring helpers because it is very self serve. I am very pleased. I'll make this a yearly tradition for when I visit the area.”
“New to Philadelphia and looking to add some indoor plants, I decided to check out this local plant boutique since it’s within walking distance. The shop is a small, cozy spot on Main Street with a charming atmosphere. They offer a good selection of plants, and the owner(s) are both knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for something unique and found a ficus plant I hadn’t seen before. The prices are fantastic— I got a medium-sized plant and a pot for just $36 (they repotted it for me), which feels like an amazing deal. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back!”
“Everybody i spoke to on the phone were great. They knew the inventory and procing, literally a 3 minute call to get something i spent an hour looking for online. Gave me real timeline for pick up, then beat it and a great price. Picked up today, guy at desk was friendly and it took about 30 seconds and as I walked out the door, nicest guy ever was already driving the stone I ordered (custom cut bluestone) to my jeep. Jumped out and helped me put it in with the attention to detail to ensure his craftsmanship and my product integrity wasn't affected. I've literally driven 295 by this place thousands of times and never had a reason to get something from them. I couldn't recommend them where highly for any of your stone needs. And after being able to walk around their property and see all the stuff they have, i'm definitely going to be coming back with newly identified projects. Dana texted first and delivered the most beautiful bouquet. This isn't any sort of "FTD" arrangement. E. had asked for sunshine in the arrangement. I think 8 sunflowers is a good amount of sunshine. Roses too. The store may be unassuming, but everything else about Dana and Plants is extraordinary.”

“I ordered a small mulch delivery (playground mulch) for my back yard redesign. Burke had the best prices and next day delivery. We live in a twin with a shared driveway and their driver did an excellent job of getting in and out with no issues. Mulch is high quality.”
“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
