Rent-A-Center is a business that offers a clean and organized environment, both inside and out. Customers can rent or purchase products, such as washers and dryers, which are delivered brand new with paperwork and manufacturer's warranty. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the agreements are simple and easy to understand. Customers have generally had a positive experience, with quick and convenient deliveries and setups. While there have been occasional issues with payment processing, Rent-A-Center has generally provided a satisfactory service to its customers.
I've been renting from Rent-A-Center for years. I have to say the team at 69th street is the bomb! I need a frig and the delivery guys came out in this heat to attempt to bring it in. They were so courteous. Just talked to Spencer and as always he has the answers. Great Team!
