I want to give a massive shout-out to the delivery driver Juan and his son who handled my furniture delivery tonight. Even though I was their last stop of a very long day and they didn't arrive until 7:30 PM, their professionalism and energy were top-notch.
While I have had significant issues with the store’s communication and the quality of the items sent, this specific delivery team went above and beyond. They were incredibly supportive, quick, and professional. They even took the time to fix several errors made by the previous delivery crew who had delivered the wrong items on Monday.
It is rare to find people who still take pride in their work at the end of a long shift, especially when they are cleaning up someone else's mistakes. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Furniture Mecca is lucky to have this duo on their team—they deserve all the credit for getting the job done right!”
