I had a really unpleasant experience with a post office worker named George. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Instead of answering my simple questions, he rolled his eyes and spoke in a harsh tone. It made the whole visit stressful when it didn’t need to be. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome, and George definitely needs to work on that. If I could give this rating a zero I would!! He needs to be fired!!

George at the post office is super rude and acts like he’s doing you a favor just by speaking to you. Funny how he’s nice when doing passports, but with everyone else, he acts like he’s perfect and above everyone. The ego is crazy. Do better. He needs to be fired

Saturday morning, one day of the week that most working class ppl can get to a post office and this one opens at 10AM. 5 people standing in line at 10AM in the rain on a Saturday to spend the next 20-40 minutes at a post office. Wild. Also zero internet reception in the building. To begin with- the reason for the visit is errors in mail delivery.

Mr. George was pleasant and knowledgeable during the passport process for my daughter. The process was fast and easy. For the people getting your passport, I would recommend having your paperwork completed prior to your appointment.

Had a passport renewal appointment for my son here. Was expecting it to be a tedious experience, but wanted to shout out Adrianna, who went above and beyond to accommodate us, and made it simple, painless, and even enjoyable for me and my son. Sent in a good review on the USPS postal experience site, but felt others should know as well! They definitely book up quickly like other sites do, but if you have Adrianna you’ll have a great experience when you get there. Thank you!

I went in to mail something and needed assistance with selecting the packaging that I would need. Joe was there training another employee and was not helpful at all. I showed that I had a prepaid label and asked for help with assembling the package and if there would be any charge associated with the materials. Joe did not help but was sure to give criticism after the fact. He also failed to answer my question about pricing on materials and I found out later that there was a charge of almost $3 for materials. I asked if there was packing tape so that I could secure and protect the label on the package and he says yes it’s $3.99. I looked at him and said that I just needed tape to protect the label and asked if he could tape it for me. He looked at me and said “we don’t do that” and handed me a scotch tape dispenser. I don’t know why he would be training anyone as he did not show any initiative to help. The only reason I am giving 2 starts is because the employee he was training began to over compensate for his dismissive behavior. Now I’m just hoping the label doesn’t fall off and the package is delivered safely smh.

Went to this office to get my son's passport done and we had a good experience. George was personable and very helpful with the process. He knows what he is doing and kept the long line moving quickly.

George is Slow and rude.kept asking the same questions over and over again. I Already told him there's no perfume in the box and asked him for my receipt, he said that's not the answer he wanted and he asked the same 10 questions again! I ignored his question asked for my receipt and he pissed off by asking the same dump things again? Is this a police interrogation? I was holding my niceness as l always do but I won't be bearing it next time. I was just there to drop my prepaid mail and wanted my receipt so l can have a tracking. I was the next customer inline and he wanted to skip me serve someone else came after me. Dude, you don't have to ask the same questions, this is not a show just do your job and have some interpersonal skill by listening, that is just a basic human capability.
