“Friendly service from a family owned business. I needed to get my tires changed and I didn't have much time before I had to leave out of town so I went with the closest tire shop near me. The owner was able to get me in and I was able to pick my car up two days later. Owner was easy to deal with, but the pricing was a little bit higher than other local shops. when I called a few other places to get pricing afterwards, they were about 10% higher for the same tires. Regardless, I would go with them again if I were in a pinch, but if you have the time, do not be afraid to shop around.”

“I bring all my vehicles here. Tires, brakes, oil, and inspections. I ended up with a dually pickup rental for a month and needed help filling the inside rear tires. They did it all. Wouldn’t charge or accept a tip from me. I realize I’m an existing customer, but that is top tier service in my book. Will continue recommending this store to anyone.”

“After the purchase of a new vehicle in Maryland we were 30 miles into the trip to Bethel Park, PA the low tire pressure icon appeared on the dashboard and we had to keep adding air to continue. Searched for a tire service in the Bethel Park area and by chance we pulled into Rich's Tire Service. Thank the heavens we did! It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Rich's Tire Service. Tire was odd size and Karen had to search all of her contacts for a replacement which she was able to make happen before end of day. “Kind of a pain to get there but I used these guys all the time. Sometimes took longer than I'd like but these guys always seemed to get hammered with customers. Very busy place but short handed. Scott always took very good care of me but since he's no longer there I'm not sure if if I'll use them again. Monroe corporate left these guys short handed all the time. They needed more help. Monroe screwed up when they didn't try to keep Scott and get him more help. He's a great mechanic and service writer but he couldn't do everything, which he did. They rest of the crew was good too but you can't keep slamming them with work and not enough help. Monroe corporate needs to wake up and take care of their people or they're not going to have any good people left.They'll probably lose Ray too. Another overworked mechanic. You had a great manager with Scott but you screwed up Monroe letting him leave. Take better care of the people you have or your gonna lose all your good ones.”

“The guys were fast and prompt with taking a look at my car and fixing it. I dropped my car off around 11:30am and by 1:30pm I got a call back letting me know it was fixed. I’m sure it was a minor issue but they were fast. And they called me a half hour after dropping it off letting me know what my issue was.”
“I’ve been taking my car here for several years. They have always done good work and prices are reasonable. I just brought in a car for inspection and oil change. I was concerned about a loud banging that was happening when I hit bumps. Turns out my frame was rusted thru and cracked, thus “totalling “ the car. P & W sent me photos of the damage and was up front and honest. They didn’t try to charge me for the oil change and inspection (they didn’t do). Others may not have been so honest and would try to charge me. They let me keep the now junked car on the lot for a few days while I arranged a salvage pick up.This shop is trustworthy.”
