“Highly recommend going here instead of Valvoline instant oil change. I am always in and out quick. They dont try to upset, every time I go the guys are so nice, its so pleasant!”
“Fast, friendly service. The store manager actively assists, doesn't just sit back. Good value for the money. I've been coming here for years, and I'll keep coming back.”
“I relocated to Pitt from NY where I have an uncle in the auto body business. Sent him a picture of Hamlin's work. He was impressed. I, as well, am impressed with their professionalism and reasonable rates. Bravo!”
“Mike diagnosed the causes of my oil leaks, and the repairs were done in two days… pretty fast for all the work involved. And the estimate was very reasonable! Recommended!”
“Big G Tire & Auto checked out a used car for me to clear it as good for the road. They performed rigorous testing and also did careful analysis when driving to make sure the car was perfectly sound. Kurt was extremely professional, kind and courteous! I’d highly recommend Big Gs! Thank you for the best prices and professionalism.”
“I can't say enough good things about Kaercher. We've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now and they are honest, have great attention to detail, and excellent customer service. You won't find a better, more trust-worthy mechanic in the Pittsburgh area.”

“What a great first experience! I needed work done on my car and called around a dozen of places to see who could help me as quickly as possible. Everyone I spoke to tried to sell me more than I needed without even seeing the car! Then I called here! They were so kind and honest from the very beginning. Never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and got me done the next day! I am so happy to have found them and will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on! Thank you guys! Finding an honest mechanic and shop is not easy!”
“Doing the recent oil change and annual inspection for our 2012 Ford Fusion, Jim ran into an unforeseen problem with the oil pan. He suggested a creative solution which avoided a very expensive repair and will enable us to use the car for another year. Jim and his team are simply the best!”
“I had a garbage can lid that blew onto the road stuck under my car. The guys were great and let me drive thru so it would come out. We had a good laugh. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!! -The crazy lady ?”
“My daughter took her car in for an oil change and it was the first time she managed this piece of maintenance. She said the staff was so kind and beyond helpful to her and they even put air I. Her tires which was needed. She felt that she had a really positive experience in every way. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!”
“Great experience here. I got a standard oil change, filter replacement and new wiper blades. Quick and easy, very friendly staff, went over a full check on the car without trying to upsell a bunch of extra services but let me know what I could come back and get done if I wanted. Will absolutely use again! Thanks again!”
“First time going today very professional, fast and kind I recommend them 100% They showed me things filters I didn’t know about Al hamdu Lillah ..GREAT WORK!!!”
“I started coming here after receiving a very questionable quote for work needed on my VW Tiguan at a local dealership. If you want honest, quality work- come here! Bob ( the owner) looks for ways to extend your cars life rather than having to replace. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a VW that had an oil consumption problem and was needing to add 1 qt every 300 miles. Bob came up with a solution that likely saved my engine and my wallet.
I’m happy to say- it’s at 2,000 miles and no oil added so far which exceeded expectations. I’m so thankful to have found this place. - Diane”
“Knowledgeable guys here. They double checked everything. They also entered the service into my Carfax . I will definitely go back for the same, and if needed, other services.”
“I live so close but this was my first time at this Valvoline. I was very impressed! Christian was my technician and he was so friendly and helpful! This is definitely our new go to oil change location. Thank you Christian!”
“I was in line and this lady pass me like an F1 racer skipping me.. The staff came out and told her I was there before her. Attention to their work and service. In and out..”
“I think they need extra help at the auto care counter so their mechanics aren't running back and forth. Between working on the vehicles and waiting on customers, it eats up alot of time.
Other than that, my last experience was great. Whoever the gentleman was that waited on me was very polite and thorough.”

“P & W Auto makes me believe there’s still good in the world. Had a car emergency in the middle of driving and limped my car off Valleybrook Rd over to their shop. They helped me out pretty much immediately and got me on my way. Just good people!”
