They got a lot of selection. It’s a tight beer store, but the people that work there are really helpful.

I been living in plum for over 5 yrs now and only go to this store maybe 3 or 4 times a year. I'm not a big drinker but that shouldn't matter. I had a so so exp. with service here. Namely because of no white female with black/dark hair. I normally come in see if they have any different in the fridges then check to see if they have a case in the aile. The last time I was there, 2 mths ago she was very stand offshore and when I walked around I found her coming from behind the register to see where I was. I just like whatever. After seeing they didn't have a case. I walked back to the fridge and grabbed some items. Bring to the register and she has attitude in their face, stand offshore and borderline rude. I thought maybe she thinks I'm someone else or bags racist thing. But she talked all nice to the black guy that works there then her manner changes again when is interacts with me. Like I was a theif or the boyfriend of her daughter she doesn't like. I was like whatever paid said thank you with no reply back so I'm like bump her. Know to the reason for the review I at the supermarket thinking of get a drink but now I'm uncomfortable. I dont want to go in their like I'm being profiled again this is not the 1st time she's done this. I dont really feel I should have to deal with this and I dont want to have to talk to the owner but this sucks. I going to go somewhere else but I live right down the road n dont see why I have to so out my way to by drinks somewhere else. Maybe the owner will see this a talk to her because if she does it 1 more time I'm going to want to talk to him or her. And that doesn't help I'll just give my money that helps food on your table somewhere else. I just getting tired of customer service becoming shit; people assuming whatever being rude but still take your money with an attitude. I'm on honorable discharged veteran and still serve as an civilian operator for the U.S. ARMY with over 25 yrs. Honor, Duty etc. Is very important to me and I'm offended by this. And tired of it. In all of plum, oakmont and verona this is the worst treatment/service I've received. So if your not a regular or a local maybe go somewhere else. Like Fine wines 6 and get some of the hard stuff I never had a problem in there. They are right next door and the hard stuff lasts longer. And I think that's where I'm going. Community Beverage needs some customer service training to be nice to all customers. Especially those that taken body language classes over the years and can read you like a book. The rare customer is still a customer an deserves respect unless they show otherwise. You should not just pick and choose how to interact with a customer based on if you know them or not. Sorry not sorry zim not part of your regular customer click. I just annoyed after this service the last year or so.

I been going to this supermarket for 2 yrs noticed half the old female cashier's are rude to young adults and people of color. And it's gotten old. Maybe time to shop that the other two supermarkets up the road 1 out 5

Come here frequently for all our beer and seltzer purchases. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and always ready to suggest something if you need them to. The prices are reasonable and this store has a wide selection.

Store is very dirty and employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom. management is a different story and they're very racist! Don't spend your money here.
