If you need to be at work at a certain don't waste your time pickinv up a quick drink and going self check out. The machine love to double scan and th employees know that. Was in there for 10 minutes waiting for help after clicking the ask for help button. Lady just chatting to a customer instead of helping me remove the extra item so I left everything at the counter in disappointment and went to the giant eagle down the street and took 2 minutes. It's crazy a grocery store move quicker than the gas station

4/26/2025 the kitchen workers were the worst. Messed up my order, shoved the bag in my face and had to wait 10 minutes for missing items.

Staff is so rude & to busy with anything else you even offer a receipt!! Very limited selection of snacks & same over priced gas and good as their chain.

Used to work at this location. Rupal uses personal issues against people and does not care about customers or employees. Doesn’t open up to change or real management skills and lets personal feelings affect who gets hired or fired. Working here i can tell y’all the people in the kitchen don’t clean out the grease from the fryers for DAYS. Laziness takes over this GetGo and it all comes down to the leadership and when the leadership is lackluster and not living up to their expectations than the employees are gonna follow.

Service is terrific but whatt the heck is going on with the subs having half empty buns? Not the first time or the only location this has happened at so it isn't the staff it has to be the company.

AWEFUL!!! The woman who is The Gm, gonna find out her name and report her to be fired. but she stole my money!!!! i ordered food and couldn’t come get it because i lost my vehicle and she kept the food and refused to refund me!!! a THIEF runs this store!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager Paula hooked me up she was so sweet best salad ever it's the bomb and she even came out with my milkshake that I had forgotten five minutes after she is gonna be the best manager ever!!!
