MsBookhammer says only 50% of refund advances get approved at this office. She told me to do my taxes somewhere else, before looking at any of my info. I think she decided based on my looks she didn't want to get paid to do my taxes. I've never been sent out of an hrblock! I told the regional manager, she didn't care at all.

The person who usually assist me was out due to surgery. The place is small but functional and clean, a little noisy. I only find it frustrating because this is a meter parking and you don't know how long it will take to complete tax business. This is a good place to have your taxes taken care ofPrice went up. Not sure why. But they try to find what you can claim so the process will fall in you favor - legally.

I am 55 years old and this was the FIRST time I've eve had someone else do my taxes. I always do them myself! I was there for less than an hour and I am getting far more money back than I've ever received! My tax representative was very professional, candid, thorough, and explained things to me so that I could understand what she was doing step-by-step.
