I have an older vehicle and am always nervous about taking it to a shop for repairs as I do not want to sink a bunch of cash into the vehicle. I took my car to Mount Carmel and was totally blown away by the professionalism and care shown to me. Keith is my mechanic and I am totally satisfied with his work and the prices are acceptable. I had my car back in record time and I've taken it back again for the yearly inspection. I so appreciated how pleasant Keith is to work with. He kept me informed and answered my questions so I could understand. I would refer Mount Carmel and Keith to anyone. I'm confident they won't be dissatisfied.
