“9/29/2024 - I purchased my new mattress on 8/31/2024 with 'Sleep Expert' Nina, who was so patient and attentive. My mattress was delivered 9/14/2024. I received prior reminder notifications via text and email. I received a text the day before informing me of my delivery window. The day of, I got an automated call stating when the delivery crew would be arriving, which was right at the earliest part of my delivery window. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience with the purchase of this new mattress. Now, I have yet to lay my head on this beauty of a mattress, but it is all set up and the bed is made. I will provide an update to this review once I move next month ?.”

Always very helpful, and most recently Mary Beth got me replacement lights for my Stickley corner desk which were wearing out. She had to do a bunch of work to figure out the right replacements and I appreciate her work.”
