“I was stranded at the truck stop with my car that just had the engine light on come on. I was on my way home from Erie pa back to Pittsburgh with my daughter. I called this repair shop and asked if I could come in for him to check it. He said sure no problem. He put my car on the little machine. Said it was misfiring. Put some dry gas in it just in case. Checked the oil and my other fluids. My car was hot from being driven so their was little he could do with it. He he was able to tell me it was 1 of a few things. I got home and sure enough it was the first thing he said it was. He didn't even charge me. He was so kind and even though I don't live around there I would recommend this place. Not many honest garages left. It this is definitely one of them. And every customer I saw come in and out to pick up their car same genuinely please.”

“Larry Jr is a great and honest person. I was visiting the area from tulsa oklahoma. I asked larry if he change the oil in my 1965 Cadillac sedan. He suggested to replace the tires and the battery in the car. I work in the oil industry as operations manger for sinclar oil. I operate oil terminals. I am mostly on the road alot. Larry was surprised that the car did not have any rust underneath. It is a v 8 engine. Larry jr told me of a great place to eat over at ryders and a great place to stay at an inn on market street. Great food at ryders friendly folks in new wilmington pa. Larry Jr got the car completed. I was quite impressed with larry Jr at Ed's and Jerry's. A good quality mechanic is hard to find sometimes. The folks in new wilmington pa are lucky to have larry Jr. I figure before I leave I would buy larry Jr lunch. Thanks for you help larry Jr. Gid bless you”
“I moved up to New castle about a year ago,needed parts at times for my wife's and my car ,went to advance and Napa and they always gave me the wrong parts,started dealing with this place and evertime so far they have been right and the parts where there there when I was told they would be there,my new parts place to go.”

“Old school body shop. I don' think he takes insurance. I did a cash job with him. I had him color match some tow mirror covers for me truck. He writes your contact info down on a sheet of notebook paper. I had to stop in 2 times to check on the progress. Overall it took about 5 weeks. First visit he forgot about no big deal. Second time he painted the tow mirror covers but lost my contact info. The tow mirrors covers came out great. I'll give them another try in the future.”

They got a truck to me in about 30 minutes, towed my SUV to their shop, and installed two new tires. I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Very polite, friendly, and super quick. “Super nice and honest people. Started taking my cars here in 2025. I dealt with a front end vibration for a year after having tires replaced at another shop. I assumed they were balanced correctly and maybe I had other issues with the suspension. Boughter’s balanced my tires the correct way and the front end vibration is completely eliminated. Saved a lot of time and aggravation for me.”
