“Formerly BB&T Walnutport, the Truist team in Walnutport PA truly treat you like a member of the family. Hometown customer service in a big branch setting makes the difference here! The staff ensure they have your best interests at heart. I am saddened by the loss of our local Palmerton branch, however, some of the same smiling faces are now at the Walnutport branch as well. I really enjoy my usual tellers, namely Sherry at the drive thru who never seems to have a bad day. She really ensures that customer service is included in with your short interaction. Wanda, Karina, Allison, Jenna & the rest of the staff truly make sure you are taken care of when any issues arise. I have nothing but positive remarks about this location! I do miss my local Palmerton branch and some of the staff there because everyone was absolutely a pleasure to bank with. I did not have the best credit but I was able to maintain a secure account with BBT/Truist for over 5 years now and would never switch again!”

I went back and the teller helped me set up new log in and passwords because we locked the new accounts till I got phone checked out. Later the manager even called me to see how I was making out and said she would call tomarrow to make sure everything was posted correctly. Awesome service!!!!!”
