“I happened to visit this store twice in one week on totally unrelated needs. The first was replacing the battery on my two year old scooter. I originally contacted the OEM for a replacement battery and they did not have replacement batteries. I did not realize that the battery pack in my scooter had 'standard batteries' and were easily replaced. I thought the battery pack was a custom molded plastic case but Justin at Batteries Plus informed me that it could be disassembled and the batteries replaced. He had me in and out in 45 minutes. The second trip Was my car remote They had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.”
