I had a great experience with the Reps inside the branch. They were able to help me deposit my payment towards my auto loan. I minus the 2 stars based off the ATM in the drive through. I tried to make a cash deposit (several different times)after hours since I was in the area and wanted to be able to pay my loan. This has been the only bank/credit union I wasn't able to make a cash deposit through the ATM which to me is an inconvenience. I hope they get this sorted but from other people I know its an on going problem.

Diane Morgan, a senior financial service professional at this location, went above and beyond to address my concerns. This is the best I've ever been treated at a bank or credit union. I would highly recommend her and Citadel. -Will

The worst loaner company Ive had. They added $6,647 through CPI, I wasn’t insurance due to being homeless at the time. Now that I am I have insurance I am not getting back my full refund. Which is absurd. They will bleed you dry and have no remorse.

Your better off finding a better loaner that actually cares about the people they work with, me and my sister have been bleed dry and have only received 10% of our 6,000+ refund, they refuse to compensate us

My account got hacked along with my debit card . I never gave codes to anyone but apparently thier system says I did. I showed them my phone. No text messages for codes. But yet they are telling me it may be deemed not fraud and I have to pay nearly 2 grand to the bank. Banks should be safer with your accounts. When someone goes in and changes information you should get a call or something. I will be taking my money somewhere else.

I got charged an insufficient funds fee for literally .01 cent!! They would not refund.

I recently switched to Citadel Credit Union for my banking needs after being fed up with a big name bank. I opened my account online, which quick and easy. My debit card didn't arrive in the alotted time frame, so I went to the credit union and one was created for me quickly, on the spot. Since opening my account, it's been nothing but blue skies. I've had no issues. I love their mobile app. I can take care of almost everything I need with it.I read the other reviews before posting this. While some reported bad experiences, I think it speaks volumes that the credit union posted a friendly response addressing each issue and offering to help rectify those issues.Personally, I couldn't be happier with Citadel Credit Union.

As a college student, Do not open an account with this bank. I thought they were a good bank , my parents recommended me. They have charged me over $200 in fee’s because I was using my Venmo account until my card came in. That took almost two weeks from the time I reported it missing. When I went to the branch itself to get another card , they lady refused to give me one since one was already in the mail. As a college student who cannot afford when the bank decides to take money from you after showing in your account you have enough.

One of the worst credit unions you could ever be a part of. I am embarrassed to say I’m a member, and the only reason I stay is because so much of my stuff is linked to citadel. I just pulled up to the ATM and it’s out of service. Everything is always out of service. It’s disgusting. Choose another credit union.

Signed a bill of goods with these people. Its a joke their customer service hours. Had to practically take a day off of work to get someone on the phone.

Terrible customer service! My father recently passed away and unfortunately had an auto loan through Citadel. We are trying to settle his estate and Citadel has been ZERO help. Do not get a loan here!
