“I happened to visit this store twice in one week on totally unrelated needs.
The first was replacing the battery on my two year old scooter. I originally contacted the OEM for a replacement battery and they did not have replacement batteries. I did not realize that the battery pack in my scooter had 'standard batteries' and were easily replaced. I thought the battery pack was a custom molded plastic case but Justin at Batteries Plus informed me that it could be disassembled and the batteries replaced. He had me in and out in 45 minutes.
The second trip
Was my car remote They had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.”

“This place deserves more than 5 stars !!!⭐️ first they are the cheapest around , second I called at 5:00 , they close at 6 , my son needed a new hdmi port for his PlayStation 5 and we live 40 min away they waited for him and fixed it in like 15 min.!!! ( every other place I called said 1-2 weeks lol ) great service!!!”

“Staff are friendly and informative. Went for cracked screen on samsung phone thinking it would take 15-20 minutes according to impression on site. Owner informed me Samsungs take about 2 hours or more depending on how busy they are. They did a great job fixing it but would have like to know that info before wasting time driving half hour there and back because I didn't have that kind of time. Husband took it the next day”
