Not to this branch specifically, I do enjoy the ladies who work here. But this CU is horrible. I’ve been a member since 2019 and I’ve had constant issues with fraud and security issues. I am CURRENTLY dealing with a fraud issue and it is now effecting my partners bank and he doesn’t even bank with them. I now have to get another new debit card after getting a new one 4 months ago ….. + there’s all this fraud going on with transactions. In totally I have gone through 5-7 debit cards. Idk what type of security systems they have but it’s horrible.

I’m 62 and have been a life long member. My parents and grandparents were members as well. I’ve always had great customer service, proactive fraud detection, and great loan service and support! Also love the App ! Thanks so much!

The lady at the front asked me to say how much I was withdrawing from my account out loud.. in front of everyone as soon as I walked in. Really poor customer service from these ladies, the whole location has a really unwelcoming vibe to it. Lansdale location should have stayed open and this place should have been closed.

Worst customer service. Everytime I call I get bounced around 2-3 people then get the voicemail of the person I need to speak to but never receive a call back.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one answers the phone, you're left on hold for hours.\nNo matter what the issue is, there is no one there to talk to.

Worst telephone customer service. I am trying for the past 3 days and I am in the call waiting for 7 hours daily. But still they disconnected my call. my money is transferred to wrong account instead of the correct account i provided.

wrost service ever, rude and not friendly at all, i had to try to call 3 times to get solve minor problem with 2 times of hang up by them. when I finally able to solve my problem on my 3th try, they dont even say good bye, just hang up.

Terrible customer service when you call this place and one person in particular is especial rude: Jo Garner. She is condescending and extremely unhelpful. Do not bank here, most of the staff that I’ve encountered via phone are largely inexperienced and have said multiple times that they don’t know how to handle certain issues. Additionally banking hours are not convenient. I do NOT recommend, consider a bank that has spent the time to better train and prepare staff to interact with customers in a meaningful and helpful way.

I've had a horrible experience working with Freedom credit union on the phone. Haven't been able to access my online profile since 2019 and they tell me that the only option I have to fix this is drive into one of their branches an hour away. I'll be switching providers their customer service is major an issue.

Worst bank ever. Horrible hours. Horrible customer service rude members to me said mean things to me. The machine after hours sucked in my money and debit card and said i couldnt get it back. Took forever to grt business bank account. So much more cant wait to leave this place. Cant even leave voicemails for emergencies on the phone after hours.

After being a member for over 10 years I find that this bank doesn't help their members, not to mention the gross experience I had with one of their loan specialist named Shamika Burden. She is rude and very unprofessional with a nasty attitude and this bank wants to be referred to people's families and friends? They must be kidding. At first when I started banking at Freedom I was really happy with their services, but not anymore. I find it very hard this days.

Why don’t they participate in shared branching anymore??? I thought that was the whole point of a credit union was to be able to access your account at other credit unions? To make matters worse, I tried cashing a freedom credit union check, and I was told that I couldn’t pick my denominations because the machine dispenses the money. What kind of bank does not let you get the specific denominations you need?
