“I transferred to Tatsiana Maroz from another Allstate office where I had very poor experience. This office however was nothing, but positive experience so far. They took the time to explain how the transfer going to work, reviewed and explained my coverage and adjusted where needed. This is something that the other office failed to do. This office is always reachable by phone and text, they always answer the phone and return the calls. If they weren’t sure of the answer to my question, they took the time to research it and get me the answer. Very pleased with the level of service.”

“I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”
