“Good evening Google Family. I visited since I am switching from one company to another one. I wanted to know rates. I am here to kill time since the place that I wish to go to is not open right now. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”

I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where.
