“Never had a problem here. It's a post office. Open until 2 on Saturdays. They also have a self-service machine in the front so you don't have to wait in the line if you have a prepaid package.”

The supervisor Linda went above and beyond to write up a letter and provide documentation for a tracking number to help me with my issue.
