“My company had a rush print order that was very complicated and involved a lot of special instructions. I went to the store and helped the rep AJ navigate it so they could get it done the way we needed. It was not an easy task. I was there for an hour and a half and they assisted me the whole time checking in at each phase so I could verify correctness. While that was happeneing I saw all the reps and managers in the place going out of there way to greet everyone and help elders with tech in the store and chairs etc. Everyone was freindly, fast and just not at all what I’d expect from a shipping/printing place. Great experience and great team. It was nice to see a place where everyone cared and was a professional”

“been here recently to pick up packages weighing 80lbs. DJ, the counter woman advised me about how they cant help lift which I already know and understand. She is a sweet person tho people think she's rude, she's just straight to the point and direct. i stayed there for a good 15 mins and observed how she talks to customers and she was really helpful not the typical sweet rep but not rude. number of times she said thank you and helped direct customer to the self checkin counter. she's misunderstood but a sweet woman overall. i like her despite what the negative comments say about her”
