A very chill, slim fella with a great style greeted me at the door as he walked by but not in that fake way that sometimes happens in retail spaces, which was awesome. I was there with a label that I had printed to return something. The other man at the desk practically waved a magic wand and the transaction was complete. This was just so refreshing. I dreaded going out for an errand today, but this was a nice soft landing, haha. Very chill, but also extremely efficient. And they even have some useful stuff in the store that you can buy if you needed. I almost grabbed a flash drive while I was there, but I restrained myself.

The staff - I have interacted with at least 3 on separate occasions - make me feel welcomed. They listen to me and answer my questions, always in a professional and caring manner. I have experienced yhe.opposite at the nearby UPS which is the only close by option for returning goods to Amazon without cost.”
