“First time going to this Five Below. Googled it in way home from doc office. Packed with plenty of Easter stuff. I picked up tons of stuff for my 3 grandsons. Then didn't have any baskets, buckets for boys. So, I went to container isle. Found 3 wire square baskets which boys can use outside at their home for other toys. Overall happy with cleanliness of store. Cashier was very nice. I did not like that I couldn't take cart to my car. Apparently cart has a pole that wacked into door frame at the top. I had so much stuff that it was difficult to carry to car. You can really spend alot of money at a $5 below when getting stuff for 3 children. Had good choose of candy, chalk, bubbles to fill baskets.”

“We had our granddaughter's help find gifts for Samaritans purse. One picked a boy the other a girl. The prices are 30 percent more from the last time we did this, but helping a deserving child somewhere in the world priceless.Can you tell which is for a boy or girl?”
“Honestly, have never really gone into 5 Below before, but the girl that greeted us (Adriana I believe(10/3, 5pm) was so overwhelmingly nice and enjoyable to talk to, we ended up staying longer and buying things we never would have normally purchased that she recommended & really liked. Just wanted to say it was so refreshing to talk to and interact with an employee like her. My brother and I are definitely going to stop back in, evenjust to hopefully see her and get her opinion on new products.”
“The store always has everything that I want & may need. The area is great, & the customer service is good always! My only reason for giving a 4/5 is because there is always only 1 self checkout register working. There are about 8. & They all seem to be working. However there is always a closed register sigh. It sucks having to wait for one register.”

“Besides the fact that when I was trying to cash out the worker was just sitting on the floor in front of the register instead of helping me try to figure it out. Yeah, it's just like any other five below. It was pretty organized and clean. Now I'll tell you that compared to the other ones. I would say that the people who work there don't necessarily care a lot about their jobs. I heard two people talk about how something was on the shelf and it wasn't ringing up or something like that so it shouldn't have been out there but somebody else said that it was it was just before so I don't know if he was going to take them all and try to resell them but that's what it sounded like. So I mean if you're going to have conversations like this or do whatever you're going to do, go ahead, but having them in front of of customers is probably not the best idea. Just my suggestion.”
