“We hired Kope Services to power wash our house, garage, stamped sidewalks, and roofs. The owners, Kristin and Warren, were kind persons: very patient, and explained how they could fulfill all of our wishes, and answered every question we had. Their response was quick, and the young men, Zane and Gabriel, who did the services, were prompt, and did a gorgeous job. We had an issue with a poor design on our driveway, and they stayed patient, and stayed with it until they could figure out a way to work around it. It turned out fabulous! The young men were amazingly hard workers, and friendly people. We would never consider hiring anyone else but Kope Services. They made our old house absolutely stunning.”
“Used the self-service bay. I only used the pressure wand and not the foam brush. The wand appeared to spray out correctly with all the options I used (soap, rinse, clear coat protectant, spot free rinse). Decent price, at least compared to what I pay in Cleveland. Looked like it was 25 second for each quarter with a $2.25 minimum. Temperature was around freezing and it was always putting out warm water.”
“Nice car wash but the vending portion can be a bit tricky. You have to swipe your card from bottom up and facing the opposite direction that you would think. The air dryer portion does not move like it should and you must drive slowly upon exit to get your car partially dry. The wash does a very good job but does leave a little to be desired as all automatic washes do.”
