West Penn Oil Co., Inc. is a liquid packaging and blending company operating since 1940, serving brands including Quaker State, Pennzoil, Zippo and Gulf Oil from our Warren, PA facility. We handle complex specialty formulations and custom contract packaging and blending runs for automotive oils, fuel additives, brake fluid, radiator fluids, power steering fluid and other petroleum and water-based non-food grade liquids. We package from 2 oz bottles to 55-gallon drums with blending runs from 100 to 50,000 gallons. Our in-house QC lab tests and verifies each batch. We manage the full process from blending and labeling through warehousing and shipping by truck or rail across the United States. One partner for the full job.
