“Only reason I 4 star this review is the price. They always seem to be higher then anyone around but, I've never went there and not walked out with what I needed. Great service.”

“Got new wheels & TPMS that snow tires were mounted on and they did a great job. Car wash washed and dash cleaned along with oil change. It was a great service with ride to and from facility!”

“My car, which I purchased at Jones Chevrolet, last year, had an issue with a tire, caliper problem. Mike, from the Service department, met me at the service area and looked at the tire. He ordered the part and said it would be done in a few days. They gave me a loaner car and he called the next day to tell me they received the part and the tire was fixed! I was so very happy because I was driving to Wisconsin in a few days to see my family and I was worried I wouldn't be able to go! Thank you Mike and the staff who made this happen!”

“Rich is incredibly helpful and wants to educate his customers on their vehicles! There's never a sales pitch here; they sell you what you need and nothing extra. Happy to do business here!”
“Absolutely exceptional customer service and kindness. Was in a really tough spot and they helped this single mom get back on the road in less than an hour. No gimmicks, no nonsense, no vague estimates...Just good old fashioned honest, fair, and reliable work. Thank you, truly...Cannot recommend enough.”

“Christopher was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in testing and replacing our car battery. He explained about the battery and warranty. It was as pleasant an experience as car repair could be.”
“This is the entrance for truckers from Rt62. A really tight place to turn especially in snowy conditions. But don’t worry if you’re making right turn into this place from Rt62 & for some reason you couldn’t make it, just keep driving forward 2-3 miles untill you hit a roundabout. Make a U-Turn there & enter easily into this entrance. Good folks though. Took about 1.30 hours to unload.”
“I hit a deer and took my car to auto collision. We have used this company 5 times for various issues and have had nothing but red carpet treatment. They are detail oriented. When my vehicle was done I was able to leave my rental there avoiding an additional step to retrieving my vehicle. I was amazed by how great it looked and the interior was fantastic. Everything looked brand new and pristine. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family”
“Emma is awesome, she went above and beyond to make arrangements to ship a used part needed approx. 120 miles away. The phone call could have ended with I'm sorry I can't ship that but she went out of her way to arrange shipping. Excellent customer service, thank you”
“I was a bit nervous after seeing the other reviews but I had no issue with my oil change. It took them around 30 minutes and they called me on the loudspeaker when they needed me for anything.”

“The repair shop fixed deer damage down the side of my truck. They did a nice job, however, it’s not factory quality and I notice the orange peel in the final paint work. Others may not notice, but I try to keep my vehicles well maintained. Very friendly staff.”
