“Have been going to this location since 2003. Did a recent rental with Michaela at front desk. She has a pleasant personality and was very welcoming. Spoke to Brendan who is the Regional Manager during the vehicle return. Caleb picked me up and Ron dropped me off. My cell phone slipped out of my pocket and fell behind the front seat during home drop off. Ron was able to locate it and saved the day. He is a tall gentleman with white hair and is a veteran. Had a great conversation with him on his deployment and about travel in general. If you see him, do thank him for his service.
The only opportunity for improvement was that my home pick up time was delayed by 1/2 hr and I had to call the office and talk to Brendan to follow up. But I understand that everybody is short staffed nowadays. Got a 2025 Hyundai Elantra (nice vehicle with a lot of high tech features). Hyundai has definitely improved their design and quality of vehicles (this is coming from a Honda guy ?). Overall, would highly recommend this convenient Enterprise location on Route 8 in Allison Park, Pittsburgh, PA that picks you up and drops you off at home which is a luxury nowadays. I have been renting from Enterprise since 1999 and they have maintained that practice which set them apart from other off airport rental locations.”

The Moon Township location was great. The Atlanta airport is horrible. They cancelled my confirmed reservation because I was late due to flight delays, and wouldn't help me out.”
“Excellent customer service, smooth, and seamless process. Should be a five star rating however, the check engine/oil change light came on and remained on the entire time of the rental. I’m sure they would have swapped it out for me, but it seems that is something they should’ve checked/serviced prior to renting the vehicle.”

“I picked up a rental from this location later last week. I believe I had Armando? He was wonderful! He gave me a free upgrade, the process was quick and easy and I was on my way! The car was super cool, clean, and smooth and plenty big enough for my belongings thanks to that upgrade. I returned the car to an Avis in Louisiana, same story. Return was quick and easy! Would definitely use them again. Thank you!!”
“I'm a regular customer who travels several times a month. Not only is this location convenient to my home, but has a very quick turn around (though they don't have the "preferred" self-service at the time of writing). The staff is helpful, knows who I am, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the vehicles. There is also a gas station 2 blocks away...which for someone on the forgetful side of the spectrum is always nice.”

“Vehicle is great!Don’t expect much from service. That’s not an indictment on the staff. The place is meant for Uber rentals only and is setup for little to no customer interaction… No working phone number. Not even a handle on the front door ?”
“I don't see why the reviews for this place are so negative. I have been renting from here a lot over the past few years and I have not had a single bad experience (unlike with the Enterprise in Wexford). Joe & Company are good guys and I have always gotten the vehicle I've requested from them, along with answers to any troubleshooting issues if they've come up.”
“I recently used Enterprise for my rental while my car was being repaired. I arrived at the Warrendale location without a reservation and the staff was quick to help me into an SUV. While i had my rental I did have problems with the vehicle and called roadside assistance. Dealing with roadside assistance was terrible. When i returned the vehicle I explained everything to Justin and he immediately corrected all overcharges and apologized for the problems I had with roadside assistance. The staff at this location went above and beyond to help out during this stressful time! I am looking forward to renting from this location again in the near future.”
