“Just loved my 1st experience with this hotel!
All the comforts of home☆
The only complaint was that I left behind an expensive lighted vanity mirror.
And the housekeepers Kept it!
They do not understand English very well, which is disturbing ☆
And kept acting like they didn't understand what a Mirror was!
And said it wasn't there.
It was a table top Mirror and was obviously taken.
Thought I'm still upset by that.
I have no complaints of the stay.
It is a lovely hotel in a nice location.☆

“We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Cranberry.

The rooms appear to be recently renovated. Large and spacious.

Breakfast was good.

Our room was clean and ready when we had checked in and the staff was helpful.”

“This is our fave spot on our cross country trip! Unfortunately we have learned that a reservation is key to get the suite on a busy weekend. Personnel great, always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!! Be sure to make sure they only charge you once for your room, tho.”

“Rooms are nicely updated as well as common areas. We got 3 rooms and all smelled like mildew..not a great nights sleep due to that…other than that the rest of the place was great, event space was nice. Service in general was ok - they really don’t go outside the bare minimum to help you out at the front desk. No valet, bellhop or anywhere to leave your things safely after check out.”

“Fine place to stay considering I was only in town for one night and needed a cheap place to crash. Thought it might be sketchy when I arrived and looked around the outside but it was quiet and the long term residents were construction guys on a job.

The room was cleaner, nicer and more modern than I expected it to be. Again keep in mind I was in the room for maybe ten hours so the fact that it wasn’t dreary was quite nice.

Location was great, it’s right next to whatever interstate takes you into Pittsburgh which is where I was headed for the night. All in all this is a great place to stay if you’re not gonna be spending much time in the room and need a pleasant place to sleep.”
