What a gentlemen, I have ZERO knowledge in purchasing a structural beam and all that goes with it. Bill took the time to explain, he drew a diagram, and made sure I had the right stuff, i.e., hangers and nails, etc. There's so much more than just purchasing, there's measurements and calculations, instructional information, and in my case a verification with a structure engineer.
