Former TD Bank customer here. The difference is incredible. Friendly staff, convenient location and awesome selection of different accounts to choose from. And they don’t fee you to death like TD! I knew TD was bad but Citizens made me realize how bad.

Customer service on par. Drive thru service runs smoothly with minimal wait time. Teller service no complaints. Consider having the online bills come in at 9 a.m. instead of the wee hours to offset overdrafts.
