People had responded overwhelmingly recommending Andre at this labcorp location. I was not disappointed. He and the rest of the staff were calm and professional. He was able to stick my daughter very quickly without fumbling or digging. It was over very fast and as quick and painless as I could imagine a pediatric lab draw ever being. 10/10 recommend.”

“I have to say we were quite worried as our 9 year old daughter is massively phobic of shots and this was her first blood draw. I know it takes a lot of patience and care to handle someone with a needle phobia; and am ever so grateful Brenda was the blessing we needed! She was a true blessing for us as she was nothing short of understanding, compassionate and patient with our daughter who needed well beyond 30-45 minutes to finally calm enough to have the blood draw done. Thank you Brenda for confirming my faith in humanity for my precious daughter! You made something that was traumatic for my daughter less so, and I cannot thank you enough!”

“I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Just walked out of a walk-in appointment, 10 minutes in and out. The young ladies here were kind and compassionate, the location is clean and orderly. No complaints and will use again in the future. People complaining about bruising - this is a personal issue based on your body type and veins. The workers do not cause the bruising, this is likely your genetic make-up. The woman who handled my draw was gentle and didn't feel a thing.”

“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”

“I went to the 1244 Fort Washington Ave location, I was greeted nicely by Serena. She told me where the kiosk was and I easily checked in successfully. Then, Marie was amazing taking my labs. She was professional, nice, gentle, thorough, accommodating and even though I am a challenge, she was successful on the first try to get my vein. She made me feel really comfortable bc she was giving me positive calming phrases along the way. Thank you for the above and beyond great customer service!!!”

“I am shocked to read these reviews! I came in as a walk around 8am today. Crystal came up and saw that I had checked in. She explained to me that I should make an appt because it is not a guarantee that I would be seen today. Before I could even schedule my appt, she offered to take me anyway as long as I could wait a few minutes. She was ready to go in 2 minutes, took me back, had two blood samples & a urine test.. All took about 5-10 minutes. Crystal was calm, quick, and kept me distracted! Getting bloodwork is never fun, but she made it easy! My advice is to have patience with short staffed healthcare workers, understand that walk-ins will have to wait, and do not be rude to these phlembotomists… after all, they are the ones with the sharp things! Crystal- you were stellar!!”

“I was her in January and May of 2023. I was a walk-in for January, but had an appointment for May. As a walk-in I had to wait a few minutes... maybe 10. But, when I had an appointment, they let me know they were ready for me before i could even finish checking-in at the kiosk. I didn't have any problems, so I don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone I ever dealt with was friendly and pleasant... I don't know, maybe some other patients just suffer from that same sense of entitlement that seems to be plaguing society these days.”
