“I have been going to both of the locations of Miller's for more than 10 years and I have entrusted our vichiles to them. The Express location is fast and clean. The waiting room has wifi, coffee and drinks available. And the biggest difference is that Miller's does not over charge for their service. They are always fair.Great service. I was there for an oil change and to have the front brakes checked. They took time to explain to me about the brake pads on the car and the degree of pass or fail for the pass for inspection time.”

“I’m am very pleased with the stellar service and professionalism. I had two vehicles inspected. One of the vehicles needed a new battery other than that everything else was fine. The other would eventually need new tires but I was told it could wait a little which was great for me financially. I hit some on the highway slicing my tire and damaging the rim, because I have AWD I now needed all for tires replaced. I called for an appointment but couldn’t wait and went to BJs for the tires and they could not repair the rim. I ended up bringing the vehicle to Miller’s and they repaired the rim. The moral of the story is I should have waited a day or two and had everything done at Miller’s. Again, I can’t not stress more, the service is stellar and everyone there is nice.”

“I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs. “Very kind, helpful, and fast! I came in for an oil change today and they informed me it might take 2 hours or so (they were very busy, so I expected this). I dropped my car off and walked home, about 20 minutes. They called about 15 minutes after I got home and told me it was already finished, and they even replaced my dead headlight as well, all reasonably priced and fair! The price is more than fair plus the free car wash is a great added perk. I’ve also had my car detailed here and it turned out great. Price was right again the work was very good. “Very quick service. I showed up 1 hr 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and there was almost no wait time. There was a vehicle who pulled in right before me and got his oil changed I presume because it only took about 5 minutes and I was pulling in. Got my oil changed and my radiator flushed and I was there no more than 20 minutes. Atleast 6-8 workers with 3 lanes. Me and my daughter went over the different systems of the human body while we sat in the car and they worked on it. My daughter is 5 and she wasn’t freaked out at all while they surrounded the car and worked lol. Mid level oil change for an older Lincoln Towncar was like $56. 8qts of oil.Definitely go here. ??”

“I have recently started couponing and received a $25 discount on a synthetic oil change. Those things don't come cheap. I arrived without an appointment (something that I greatly appreciate). The attendant was very polite and respectful. And I'll tell you why that mattered. I had put off doing an oil change because other things kept taking precedence and in the list of important things, this ranked way below paying the rent or the electricity or buying groceries. The attendant didn't remind me how important oil changes are or asked why I hadn't done it sooner or talked down to me because I'm a woman. I'm sure other women out there will understand immediately. He simply said, this is what we're doing, this is what I recommend. The boys (they looked so young) quickly handled the oil change, I never got out of my car, the attendant reset the oil life reader and put air in the tires that needed it AND reset the reader too, which other places sometimes neglect. The experience was well worth the 15 minute drive. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”
