“I went to the store to further educate myself on cabinet paint for mom's kitchen. The owner (Rob I think but not sure...sorry forgot his name already) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He really knows his product and best practices. Nothing like person to person customer service which you'll never get at box home centers. Friendly, we ended up chatting about current events, such a gentleman. I'm buying my paint from this store on Street Rd. Thank you for excellent service.”

“I go out of my way to go to this store because of an employee, named Peter, (young, black hair - glasses) I don't know his last name, He is always very helpful, and he knows more about mixing paint than anyone there. I went in a few weeks ago with an interior custom-made shutter, that had been water damaged and asked if he could match the paint - he nailed it, right down to the correct sheen. If he isn't there when I go in, I come back when he is there. I pass other paint stores when I need paint but dealing with this type of person makes the trip well worth it.”

“Great staff, very helpful. The wallpaper selection is phenomenal and they even let you check out the wallpaper books to take home and see the samples in the room. They helped us pick out a wallpaper, helped us pick paint, and have some great tips. When we picked up the wallpaper initially we found it wasn't quite right and was missing some metallic ink (not the businesses fault) and they reached out to the supplier and got a reprint of the roll for us and kept us in the loop the whole time! “After having a lot of trouble getting an appropriate color to paint my foyer, I went into the Warrington Store 20 mins before closing - very frustrated and upset about the problems I had been having.
The young man at the store , despite the hour and my apparent upset, welcomed me in and asked how he could help. His name is Johanser and he was so kind and patient. He helped me lay out some color chips and I chose a color called Spinach White. (slight green tint). Johanser mixed me a sample, and after scooting back into the store from the parking lot 2 more times to ask questions, I finally left him to close up.
At home I painted a couple of swatches on the walls and knew I had the right pick. The next morning, the color was completely dry and it was perfect!
Went back into the store today and was assisted by the Manager, Ryan and the assistant Manager Mike, who mixed me up a 5 gallon tub and found me a 30% discount I could use.
Will absolutely be going back to this store for all my painting needs!
NOTE: If you wear glassed, take them off before definitively deciding on a color. Glasses have a 'tint' to them and the paint will look different with and without. Also, take into consideration the lighting in the store vs lighting in your home. In addition, paint looks different after it dries - sometimes a lot. Finally, always, always, always buy a small sample and try it out, and let it dry - preferably overnight, then make your final decision.”
