“I have been a customer with First National Bank for over 30 years. Previously living in Newtown, now in Yardley for the last almost 2 years. I now do most of my banking on line, and when I do need to visit a branch, it is usually the one on Yardley/ Newtown Road. I was in need of advise dealing with a personal situation, so I visited the branch and spoke with Barbara Kass, Branch Manager who I must say, was very knowledgeable dealing with my needs. “To the young lady that helped me with my Zelle account this morning around 9ish am, God bless you! I'm so sorry l didn't get your name. She was in the first office to the right when entering the bank,wearing all black with cute nails. So, I was having a issues receiving money on my Zelle due to my phone number not registering. Today was my 4th time at CUNJ in 2 weeks trying to fix this issue. Everyone was giving me the run around and I was so annoyed! The young lady simply went into my app and clicked some buttons and boom! Problem fixed! So what was so hard about that I needed to go back a forth with different employees because no one knew what to do? I even had a staff at the Main (Ewing branch) tell me I needed to join another bank and get another account number just to use the zelle account. Crazy work,right? Anyways, Thank you again young lady and keep up the fantastic customers service! I HOPE YOU ARE BLESSED WITH EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR THIS HOLIDAY SEASON :)”
