The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, providing great service with good communication and no hassle. They are known for computer repair, especially for Apple products like iPads, iMacs, and MacBooks, handling everything from simple fixes like a stuck charger to complex issues, working diligently to get machines up and running. Apple Care claims are smooth, with repairs like screen replacements often completed the same day. They also service more than just Apple products, offering lots of smart home stuff, video creator and music maker equipment. The shop is highly recommended, praised for reasonable prices, clear explanations, and a no run-around approach.
I regret that I'm not allowed to give G2 Computers more than five stars. Their service is exemplary and their prices are reasonable. I've been a Mac user for more than 30 years, and not even Apple's "Genius Bar" can match G2's service and knowledge.

My iPad had a piece of the charger stuck and I took this to G2 and they immediately fixed it! When I buy a new iPad will go here, friendly, knowledgeable staff and not a big box store! Highly recommend this place

Apple Care claim was smooth as silk. Had a 14 Pro Max screen replaced same day. Good communication. No run around or attempts to add on. Will use again.
