“I just wanted to shout out Nick at Audiolab Stereo & Video Center for an amazing experience.
I originally went in and bought the Advance Paris A12 Classic for my KEF R3 Meta + KC62 setup. After talking with Nick for a few minutes, he suggested the A12 Apex would be a better match for my system.
I went home, thought about it overnight, and came back the next day to upgrade and the process was completely seamless. No pressure, no attitude, just honest advice and great customer service. Honestly… I should’ve listened to Nick the first time ?

Not knowing exactly what we wanted and not wanting to deal with the cost and entire process of installing a home security system, we put it off for years. “In the car department. Tory, I worked with few times in my previous radio was installed wrong by a different company. He took the time to look a my car. Suggested multiple options for me did not try to upsell me or overcharge me. I have a family member who’s in the car electronics business but I would go to Tory over him. Service was fast and professional will be going and recommending others for all car electronics”

“I went with my children today for ‘7-11’ day aka Free Slurpee Day! Every employee in there greeted us graciously and the one gentleman came over and helped us all with our Slurpees. Gave all of us cups (including adults), asked if we wanted to mix flavors and offered us straws. There was a line behind us as we left and his smile never faded. This was, by far, the best experience I had with 7-11. And an added bonus, it was super clean and stocked.”

She was personable and kind and beyond helpful looking for this toy my daughter was so desperately after.
