“My husband recently bought a vehicle here because the other dealership we were working with was kind of shady. We went to get it and there was something wrong with it they discovered. So they needed to send it to get fixed, which whatever, but they didn't call us before we went there to tell us that and they knew we were coming. It took 2 weeks to get the car back. Once we had it home I was looking inside and clearly the interior was not detailed properly. There was mud or something all over the ceiling and something like dirt or weed or coffee grounds all in the console. The inside is just a mess. When we were calling to check on the car the receptionist lady had the most rude, worst attitude. If you are purchasing a vehicle and they have your money you are allowed calling 50 times a day if you want. No need to be mean. Overall the experience here was poor but I wouldn't say I don't recommend them as the salesman himself was polite and as helpful as he could be I suppose. But their communication is not good. We didn't buy an Audi, but a used vehicle so maybe that was why it was such a difficult process. But when spending 40 grand you should be treated like you matter.”

“I ended up going to Diehl Collision out of convenience in dealing with my insurance provider. I hadn’t really heard anything good or bad about the place, but I figured it couldn’t be that bad so why not?
They did a fantastic job! The estimate was comprehensive and hit the items I was concerned about. They explained the process for adjusting the estimate based on damage which wasn’t visible from the outside. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. The shop was pretty clean too. They seemed to take care to keep my interior clean while they had the vehicle. Hopefully I won’t have to but I would go here again.”
“Excellent service with a battery change by the woman working there. The other advanced down the road couldn't handle it. Last I checked, that's part of what they do. Avoid the Jefferson Ave. Advanced auto. Staff is just incompetent. Trust me on this one.”

“Traditional /Old school auto parts store with machine shop in basement. The counter guys are friendly and know what they are doing! Unlike the national chain store auto parts stores in town with the only parts they offer are over priced Chinese junk. Along with counter men that don't really know to much about autoparts or cars/trucks.”

I met with the owner for a informal estimate and his honest opinion, he gave me just that and he was very professional and kind while giving me his very honest opinion he also went the extra mile to point out various things that only he would know from his years of experience and expertise. He also refused to accept the money I offered for his help,a true gentleman.”
“My car needed body repair after being hit while stopped at a light. I had not one clue who to trust. But a friend recommended Budd Baer along with my insurance company. It was an absolutely great decision. They kept me up to date frequently and the repairs were completed when promised. Picking it up was a delight. They walked me around the car allowing me to inspect every single detail. The repairs were perfect and the car was shining - both inside and out! I literally could not be happier with the results.

“Nice parking lot. Good selection of part items. Tools and equipment. I was able to get wiper blades to fit my Subaru. They brought down parts from another store the same day. Very quick getting parts delivered. This place will find parts to fit feign and domestic vehicles. The wipers were OE fit. No adaptors. The people working here are very knowledgeable. They will dive in and dig around looking for parts for you. I looked around and the prices are a one stop deal. Reasonable prices. You will leave knowing that you can afford things to up keep your vehicle.”

“I always go here to get my dual wheel truck wheels changed and to get an oil change. service is great and they offer drinks and snacks in the waiting area, especially a TV and a kids area where the kids can play video games. it also includes a charging station. my only concern is the waiting time, but I'm patient with that.”
