How is a company suppose to get parts if they can't pay for it over the phone with a business card when they don't accept that. They just lost business to Advance Auto cause they will.
Counter person (Eddie) was rude & unwilling to help over the phone and equally unhelpful once I got to the store. I will say, previous experiences at other O'Reilly Auto stores I've been to over the past 15 years were great. I'll just avoid this particular store.
Was not pleased. The part I took back was purchased in April and I wanted in store credit which the manager disputed. So the credit card it was bought from was credited.
