I brought my van in for standard inspections. From the first phone call the experience was great. Prompt and friendly. Scheduling made easy. I even waited in the office and worked connected to their wifi. So simple and easy!
Then, battery problems with my other car. I expected the worst with the car because it was a new battery. They performed various tests and determined the battery was just a dud! They even gave a detailed report so that gave us confidence in the car and not left doubting that the car would eventually fail once the new battery drained as well.
Couldn’t be more pleased to have found our go-to shop!”

Scott, his son Sean and the crew are the best in the business. I know when I need my big truck tires done and done right I know they will hammer them out as fast as they can and know I don’t need to worry about them because they are done right. Drives and steers. They literally work like a pit crew. They have came to the rescue twice for me once in Morgantown and once in Farmington Wv. Considering the distance and the wait, it was fast. When they show up I know I’m in the best hands I could possibly be in.

Tad expensive but id rather pay 5 more dollars to support a local business owner then a BIG corporation like AUTO Zone because it helps boost local economy offering jobs and pleasure to shop with because they care more for the customers amd establishing a relationship. Often times when a corporation moves in they will take advantage and offer anone size fits all attitude and policy that isnt suitable for each person on a personal level if you know what im saying.”

I live in Ohio but my company car is registered in PA and I needed to have the annual inspection done (we do not have annual vehicle inspections here in OH so the whole process is foreign to me). I called a local Washington dealership to setup an appointment and was told that I would have to drop the vehicle off or wait outside since their customer service lobby was closed due to COVID. It's February. I then called Al's and they were able to work around my schedule and when I would be in the area. Their waiting room was open and the staff was friendly and did a great job of explaining the process. I would highly recommend!”

I pulled into Zeiglers and while they deal with large trucks and not passenger vehicles, one of the men didn’t just plug it but took it off and patched it, saving me from a very long day. The mechanic offered to put it on, it was a small but super kind gesture that I really appreciate. (I believe his name was Matt but I'm not ?).
