I usually order my crocs on line . I went to the Crocs store for the first time today . The store was very clean and Robert showed great customer service skills.

I took my two children to the outlets last Sunday to purchase new crocs for the summer. While there, and against my better judgment, I agreed to allow them both pick out two packs of the charms for their new crocs. They were so excited and could not wait to wear them to school the following day. When my children came home on Monday, they were devastated. They had both lost one charm each. We tried to think positive, checked the remaining four charms on each child’s crocs to make certain they were secure and carried on with our day. By Wednesday, they both lost two more and are both down to have two charms each. Those things did not even last an entire week. How can you sell something so poorly made at such a high price? I paid 30 additional dollars for the charms just for them to fall off and break my children’s hearts. What a waste of money!

When i went here one of the employees named stef said Hi and was supper nice she told me if i need to find a shoe she told me were it was great 10/10 GREAT STORE

Amazing customer service, Robbie was so kind and helpful!! He made sure we knew all the sales and coupons, we came in for two pairs of non-slips and ended up leaving with two extra pairs for less than what I budgeted.

The clerk at the store forgot to put the charms in my bag. When I called, they would not issue a refund or mail the items to us. Horrible customer service.

Most comfortable shoes, the lite riders are exceptional, if you have Planter fasciitis, then select styles with a wider toe box for a roomier fit, freindly and helpful staff, always have different weekly promos, the online store have more of a selection if you cannot find what what your looking for.

I thought an Outlet Store was supposed to be cheaper. Their sale is buy 2 get 2, but they double the price of the shoes, so it's no deal.

Was in this croc store today with my autistic child, and one of the male employees (a very small man) the only one who seemed to be on shift with a group of women thought it was funny to mock the sound my autistic child was making while stimming. Extremely ignorant behavior from an adult.

The two girls there don’t even say hi or acknowledge you’ve entered the store. Just talking to each other. Felt very uncomfortable to stay so I got out as fast as I could. Won’t be going there again. They don’t even have good deals. Buy them online!
