“Jason, the GM, really goes above and beyond to help his customers. I had mistakenly placed a print order for delivery instead of ship to store and didn’t realize it. I stopped in to check if it was ready and that’s when I discovered it was being shipped to my house. Jason canceled the order and was able to print it for me in store within 20 minutes. He was even able to apply the same 50% of coupon I used online! He went the extra mile to remedy a mistake that I made.”
