About SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington is an older property that is considered an okay place for a night or two, particularly for its convenient location just off I-70 near many restaurants and stores. The front staff is consistently noted as very pleasant, friendly, honest, and accommodating. However, the property itself requires significant attention, with guests reporting chipped and peeling paint, stained soft furnishings, and a bathroom tub in need of replacement. Maintenance issues are common, including non-working TVs, empty toiletries, broken elevators, and out-of-order amenities like the ice machine, jacuzzi, and gym equipment. A funky smell is sometimes noted in common areas. On the positive side, the beds are consistently described as clean, comfortable, and good. Rooms are generally found to be fairly clean. The breakfast is viewed as pretty good and basic, though it can be insufficient on busy mornings. The value is considered good for the price, but the overall condition leads to a sense that the brand is losing its appeal, with expectations for higher standards from a Marriott property.
I’m Marriott through and through but this property (franchise) does not represent the Marriott Brand at all. Thermostat in the room did not work.Subpar customer service. And numerous leaks/ holes in the ceiling and dining area. Go the extra distance the the Marriott Courtyard instead.

Leaky ceiling with buckets on floor in dining area. Ran out of food on Sunday. New computer system slowed registration. Room nice. Good location for close by shopping

Great breakfast. My room was not updated and the cold shower sucked.
