“I stopped at West tire after something on Maiden street right in front of the shop had attached to my tire.. I pulled right in and talked to Jack who took care of looking at my tire immediately . They found a circular 3 inch bristle brush stuck in my tire. Within half an hour I was back on the road. I will go back to Jack and West tire for all my tire needs from
now on! And I signed up for coupons!!’”

“They were so nice and so helpful! I was able to get new tires on within a couple hours of having a flat tire, everywhere else I called said it would be a few days to get me on the schedule. It's my only car so I needed it done quickly. The price was good, also I had a steering wheel cover sitting on my passenger seat that I wasn't able to get on. The mechanic offered to put it on, it was a small but super kind gesture that I really appreciate. (I believe his name was Matt but I'm not ?). Sometimes it's the small things that really make a difference, he definitely didn't have to take the time to do that. I'll never go anywhere else for tires after finding this place.”
“I've started coming to the Washington Sams for gas and curbside pickup. The gas station is away from the parking lot which greatly reduces the hectic driving of the parking space seekers. The curbside experience has also been very good. They have consistently been able to fill each item on my order.”
“I think this place is more trust worthy than any of the other shops and dealers in this area. It’s so hard to trust that anyone is being honest and not trying to exploit me every time I walk through the door. But everyone is pleasant and respectful of the customers. I’ve even heard them deal with some pretty difficult people and still they remained respectful and helpful. They don’t try to hard sell services that don’t really need to be done or that I’m not ready to do. Prices may be higher than in some other places but they have skilled people doing the work so I know when I leave my car is safe and working the way it should.”

Scott, his son Sean and the crew are the best in the business. I know when I need my big truck tires done and done right I know they will hammer them out as fast as they can and know I don’t need to worry about them because they are done right. Drives and steers. They literally work like a pit crew. They have came to the rescue twice for me once in Morgantown and once in Farmington Wv. Considering the distance and the wait, it was fast. When they show up I know I’m in the best hands I could possibly be in.
