“Absolutely will be my new go to location for all my automotive needs. Needed to get my vehicle inspected. School had just started, the crud had already been brought home, everyone except for me was sick, and they worked with us getting my vehicle in after work. With everything going on I wasn't able to get my paperwork for my registration and insurance.The amazing lady that works the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I can't remember her name and I'm sorry for that but they could have easily said not today and sent me away until I had everything right. Instead they stayed after closing time and got my vehicle legal for me. Completely professional and when my wife scheduled the appointment the communication was great. We all knew the situation beforehand and we all knew what to expect. “I called on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about getting two front tires. They told me to bring it by the shop to check to see if my car was AWD or not because I didn't know. I took it to the shop that, dropped it off for them to work on the next day. I received a call first thing Wednesday morning just letting me know that the tires didn't make the AM truck but they will be arriving Wednesday afternoon. I got a call a little after 3pm Wednesday saying that my car was done! I was very thankful for the update about the tires and for such speedy work as the shop has signs asking for patience as they are short staffed. Thank you West Tire ?”
