I live in Ohio but my company car is registered in PA and I needed to have the annual inspection done (we do not have annual vehicle inspections here in OH so the whole process is foreign to me). I called a local Washington dealership to setup an appointment and was told that I would have to drop the vehicle off or wait outside since their customer service lobby was closed due to COVID. It's February. I then called Al's and they were able to work around my schedule and when I would be in the area. Their waiting room was open and the staff was friendly and did a great job of explaining the process. I would highly recommend!”

“on my way to an appointment at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, several warning alerts appeared on my dash. Could not miss my appointment so I drove on. spoke to a gentleman in the waiting area and he said it sounded like my transmission and I should get it looked at. I searched the internet and read reviews. I chose Tri State Transmissions. It was close from the hospital so I drove over. Explained what was going on and Gary tested and said he had seen alot of this problem and could be fixed in half a day, either Wednesday or Thursday. he saidcit would be fine for me to drive it home as it would not hurt anything. I called and said I would bring it today, Wednesday the 8th. they would get the part needed and what the cost would be. I dropped the car off th8s morning and after 12 Gary called and said my car was ready. what a relief to have my car back and no more flashing lights on the dash. I am a widow and a cancer patient and I was treated with respect and reasonably cost. Could not ask for a better place to have the work done.”

I pulled into Zeiglers and while they deal with large trucks and not passenger vehicles, one of the men didn’t just plug it but took it off and patched it, saving me from a very long day.
