“Saved my pups life when she had parvo always go here I recently took her here for flea n skin issues I was kinda upset she just got anti itch pills n nothing for fleas the pills did not help at all but after useing a store flea med hair fell off part of her tail so I see why he didn’t give nothing most are toxic n she gets reactions so I been useing dawn dish soap it’s safe n helped a lot watch useing vets bests flea spray peppermint n harts oatmeal bath one of them caused some hair loss on tail”

“I've been taking my cats to this Banfield for four years, and I have a lot of good things to say! One of my cats is very low maintenance so I only take her in as needed and don't have her on a plan, but my other cat has a lot of health problems and the Banfield pet care plans have really come in handy to save me money with frequent checks/rechecks/tests.
The whole care team is wonderful, especially Dr. Sovine, who's gone above and beyond to diagnose and troubleshoot all of my problem-cat's issues. At the front desk, Chet is an especially welcoming and wonderful team member, I always appreciate his positivity whenever I come in or call the desk. The vet techs in rotation are great listeners and note-takers - it's clear that every team member in the office loves animals and loves what they do.
My ONLY complaint is that appointments run quite slow, sometimes it'll take up to two hours to get in and out for a scheduled visit. The workaround for this is that they offer drop-off appointments where you can drop your pet off in the morning, the vet will see them when they have time, then they'll call you when your pet is ready to be picked up - I'd highly recommend these drops-offs over sit-in visits if you're short on time.

“Everyone is very welcoming, remember there different smells going on at a vet, accidents happen they are not gonna be mad lol. They give great service/help for your little fur babies”
