“I’ve never had a bad experience. My cat is going through some ongoing issues right now and both doctors I’ve seen for this issue have helped and given us a lot of helpful information. Dr Busch was such a great listener, took the time to write down various things we could try, really took his time and dove into the issues. We saw Dr. Clermont for the first time today and she was just as great! Very personable, helpful and great with my cat. She made me feel a lot better about our course of action. We have seen Dr Threadgill before too and he is great as well!
The vet tech - who I’ve had the past 2 times listens, cares and helps calm my cat down. She is so sweet and easy to talk to! I cannot remember her name I’m sorry you know who you are and you’re great ?”

“It was time to say good bye. Truly the staff was extremely respectful and the family room was very very peaceful. The doctor who helped us say goodbye grieved with us, and that meant truly a lot. I can't comment on how I feel about the cost because my pet was part of my family for 15 years, so although some may think it is high, I feel like it was worth giving it to my pet.”

“I've been taking my cats to this Banfield for four years, and I have a lot of good things to say! One of my cats is very low maintenance so I only take her in as needed and don't have her on a plan, but my other cat has a lot of health problems and the Banfield pet care plans have really come in handy to save me money with frequent checks/rechecks/tests.

The whole care team is wonderful, especially Dr. Sovine, who's gone above and beyond to diagnose and troubleshoot all of my problem-cat's issues. At the front desk, Chet is an especially welcoming and wonderful team member, I always appreciate his positivity whenever I come in or call the desk. The vet techs in rotation are great listeners and note-takers - it's clear that every team member in the office loves animals and loves what they do.

My ONLY complaint is that appointments run quite slow, sometimes it'll take up to two hours to get in and out for a scheduled visit. The workaround for this is that they offer drop-off appointments where you can drop your pet off in the morning, the vet will see them when they have time, then they'll call you when your pet is ready to be picked up - I'd highly recommend these drops-offs over sit-in visits if you're short on time.
