Worse banking experience ever. The staff don’t know how to do bank transfer, how to save file and took almost 45 min for one transaction.
The lady attended was a personal banker and don’t know how to perform simple task. I don’t feel welcome at this branch.

They suck as a bank overall. I get told one thing then get another. And it always costs me money. I am changing banks. Don't do it.

Went in requesting a new card because mine was outdated and soon to expire. The lady at the desk refused to assist me and stated she was not going to give me a new card just because it was outdated. What happened to customers needs first? Poor customer service and I will not be returning to this WesBanco.
