“I usually don’t take the time to review places but this Old Navy location is hands down the best. Store is super clean and organized. All of the employees were extremely friendly and willing to help. Shout out to Chelsea who called other stores looking for our sons size in Christmas pajamas that I was trying to get matching. She went above and beyond even though there was a line of customers. Thanks Old NAVY tanger for being my favorite location.”

My son is impossible to clothing shop with. No joke. He used to love a certain brand, but is now over that and dressing more in darker colors. He loves bands and anime. Hot Topic to the rescue!
Not only do they have his dark colors, but both Anime as we walked in the door and tons of band tees along the walls. Just about everything novelty, you can find here. Do t pet the darkness deter you. They have all kinds of items across the board! Really browse and have a good look. Lots of fun!

“I stopped I. There today cause my mother told me about this store an how everything was made for a voluptuous woman I was met by one of the workers. Her name was cat. She was such a big helped me being that I had no idea what size jeans I wore anymore or what size shirts or what size undergarments she stayed with me not only did she stay with me and help me she also helped me pick out clothes. Best help I have ever received hands-down buying any clothes out of any retail store I give cat five stars for her customer service and I give the clothes. Hands-down, a 10 out of 10 thank you so much toward it and thank you so so so much cat.”

“I recently visited this outlet with my two young kids, and I had a fantastic experience! Shopping for clothes is usually a challenging experience for me, but Julie, the associate who helped us, was exceptionally nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise. Her professionalism and understanding made the trip much easier, and even my kids loved her! Additionally, the lady who rang us up was also very friendly and warm. And, I scored an awesome deal on my purchase! I will definitely be returning soon for more shopping! Highly recommend this outlet for anyone looking for quality attire & top-notch service!”

“This Ann Taylor Loft factory store sells business, business-casual, and casual clothing, shoes, and accessories for women.Recently, I shopped here for clothes for myself, and I found several tops that I liked. I did not have to wait in line to check out. The cashier greeted me and accurately rang up my purchase. The total price was very reasonable.”
“I love how the store is laid out. It's so open and clean looking. And the music is quiet. I had a very calm shopping experience because it wasn't crowded and claustrophobic feeling. The atmosphere made me want to stay longer and look around more. Big difference from the chaotic feeling American Eagle store in the same area.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Tracy to refresh my wardrobe and get an outfit for a wedding the was occurring that same day. She was absolutely amazing!! From providing style recommendations to ensuring I found clothes that fit perfectly, I actually enjoyed going into the store to interact with Tracy. She even showed me how to tie a bow tie within 5 minutes! 10/10 would recommend Tracy for anyone's needs. I will be going back in the near future!”
“I will never step foot in the St. Clairsville store, but guaranteed I will be back to the Washington, PA location again. I had placed an order online for pickup on Saturday, but never received notification it was ready in St. Clairsville. By noon, I called the store and asked about the order. The male who answered seemed very aggravated stating he was super busy and he didnt have the order ready. He then stated that it was coming from the Washington, PA store and wouldnt be available till Monday. I explained I needed it sooner and he stated he would call me back when he could with more information. I called the Washington, PA store and the female who answered (wish I had gotten her name) was super kind and went to see if they had the item in stock. They did and she offered to hold them for me since I was driving from over an hour away to get them. I called the St. Clairsville location and told them to cancel the order and process a refund, the male didnt say anything and just handed the phone off to a female. She was kind and asked exactly the issue and said she would call me back with what could be done. She did return the call and said she would let Washington know that I would pickup there instead of doing a refund. I got to the Washington location and they never called them. The lady I had spoke with was the one waiting on me and explained she would have to call her manager to verify how to process it. I apologized to her and the younger male working, but both stated it was no problem and this wasn't the first time there were issues. At the end of the day, I got the item and that is awesome, but I will NEVER step foot in or order from the St. Clairsville location ever again.”
