All of the employees were extremely friendly and willing to help. Shout out to Chelsea who called other stores looking for our sons size in Christmas pajamas that I was trying to get matching. She went above and beyond even though there was a line of customers. Thanks Old NAVY tanger for being my favorite location.”

The associate matched the sale online, save for the coupons you cannot use at the outlet. She painstakingly wrote every item down twice because the system stopped working. We did everything over the phone and she sent a remote payment link. I really appreciate someone going the extra mile!”

“I love how the store is laid out. It's so open and clean looking. And the music is quiet. I had a very calm shopping experience because it wasn't crowded and claustrophobic feeling. The atmosphere made me want to stay longer and look around more. Big difference from the chaotic feeling American Eagle store in the same area.”
