“Tire blew on my trailer on a Sunday evening and had to leave parked on berm of interstate. Left a message on their website chat and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. I brought the rim/tire to them and they found a temporary tire for me to use to bring the trailer in so they could order and replace all four tires, since they were 16 years old and only see the road 2x per year. Came here yesterday after failing an inspection’s safety due to back brakes but I found Wayne to fix it & went back for my inspection and passed :)Wayne stayed after 5pm & they (Lictus Automotive) stayed late after closing so luckily I could get my inspection done after hours!Extremely grateful for both of them since we drove 3+ hours from Wheeling, West Virginia! Wayne is the BEST with great service, he let me see the inner workings lol while teaching me so much knowledge & checking on my entire truck while we waited for parts. He’s an honest neighborhood mechanic who doesn’t rip you off *hard to find these days*. Rare gem. His wife was nice too?”
